When I click on my session report to mark a no show, it says I don't have any paid no shows. What do I do?

While our school partners provide us (and our tutors) lots of opportunities for long-term, high-dosage tutoring engagements, unfortunately, in most cases they do not reimburse for sessions for which a student did not show up. However, for the protection of our tutors, in most cases, we will provide 50% payment for up to 4 student no shows anyway! If the platform is telling you that you don't have any paid no shows (and you haven't already used up your full allocation), please email tutor@braintrusttutors.com and we'll get it updated for you!
