My weekly payment is wrong. What should I do?

As a first step, it's always a good idea to verify that the payment is indeed wrong. The two most common causes of a discrepancy in payments are: (i) you may not be aware that "No Show" sessions pay out 50% of the normal rate and/or (ii) you may not have submitted all your session reports. An easy way to check to see if you've submitted all your session reports is by going to your "Calendar" tab; if you see a red clock by a session, it means the session report is overdue.

To make these things more simple and clear, we are building out functionality on your "Earnings" tab, so that you can always see exactly how your payments were calculated. While the tab doesn't currently support school engagements, it will very shortly!
